The Senate Council
The supreme legislative and policy-making authority of EKSUMSA, responsible for enacting policies, exercising oversight, and ensuring constitutional integrity.
Independent Electoral Commission (EKSUMSIEC)
The independent body responsible for conducting the general and senatorial elections of the Association with neutrality, transparency and fairness.
Health Awareness Club (EHAC)
The health advocacy and community outreach organ of the Association, responsible for public health campaigns and medical outreaches.
The MEDIZINE News Agency
The independent student newsroom of EKSUMSA, publishing news, features and opinion on the College, NiMSA, academics and sport.

Debate and Literary Society
Develops reasoning, writing and public speaking among members through a house-based debate league, literary events and inter-school competition.
Tech Savvy Club
Trains medical students in software, artificial intelligence and digital health through programmes such as The Builder Series.

Research mentorship for medical students. The Journal Club publishes the EKSUMED Journal.

Pathfinder's Network
A mentorship programme pairing students in 400 to 600 Level with students in 100 to 400 Level.
Entrepreneurship Hub
Supports members who run businesses and promotes student enterprise within the Association.
Creative Hub
Responsible for the design and visual communication of the Association.
Alumni Relations Committee
Maintains the Association's relationship with its graduates and alumni.
Sports Directorate
Organises the EKSUMSA League, the female futsal tournament, the volleyball team and fitness programmes for members.

EKSUMSA hosts local chapters of the standing committees and technical offices of the Nigerian Medical Students' Association, which conduct awareness campaigns, outreaches and educational programmes throughout the session.
